Business Opportunities

We are currently looking to fill a couple positions withing our company.

This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

These positions include a percentage of ownership and a percentage of profit share

Vice President of Marketing        

The Vice President of Marketing, also referred to as the VPM, is in charge of developing marketing strategies and tactics to gain exposure for ABA. A VPM uses research to pinpoint the company's target market, manage marketing budgets and determine pricing, promotion, development and positioning of services which includes our Membership only tournaments, monthly tournaments, Events, Fundraisers and similar activities.

Vice President of Business Development        

The Vice President of Business Development also known as the VPBD is the Executive assistant to the President and COO. They are in charge of the overall development of the company. The VPBD works closely with the VPM to strategize ideas, develop them and help fashion those ideas into a workable platform. The VPBD’s primary responsibility is to be sure the company develops in the proper way. Not too fast and not to slow. He/she must ensure that the business development conforms to the mission statement of the business. It is the VPBD’s responsibility to ensure that the business continues to grow and develop by coming up with new ideas and avenues to upgrade, improve and grow the business.

Independent Sales Persons        

If you have some free time and would like to earn some money while helping our business grow then this is the perfect fit for you. There are no set times or minimums required. You can work as little or as much as you want. Because you are an independent contractor there is so salary however we do pay commission. You would be attempting to aquire advertising and sponsorships for our web site and our tournaments.
